Rochester International Airport Improvements and SRE Addition

The 8,600 square foot maintenance building addition and 2,900 square feet office addition allows the airport maintenance staff comfortable storage and operating space for their equipment including updated amenities.
The office addition has a locker room area including showers, a laundry area, a lunchroom and toilet rooms that give the staff their own space separate from the other airport departments.
The 20 foot tall vestibule that leads into the new office space has a skylight that lets in natural light during the day and is illuminated from the inside after dark.
The snow removal equipment addition doubled the size of their maintenance building and included a sand storage area with radiant in-floor heat.
A corridor was created that links the maintenance building to the office so the work can all take place under one roof.

We are pleased to announce that John Hill, Vice President of Operations for Schwab LLC's Rochester office, has recently relocated to Byron, MN.
Hill, a LEED AP, has been involved in several Rochester area projects including the Rochester International Airport, St. Mary of the Lake Church, and Galtere Alternative Energy Center. He also recently completed the Holiday Inn Express and Suites at the junction of Highway 61/43.
