| Coach Jerry's Workout |
Gang, it was a slow week as far as race results, but that is not going to be the case for long. The fall season is rapidly approaching, and now is the time to do the work that will get you ready to race well. I expect to see a lot of smiling faces at the track tomorrow. It's going to be hot enough that we're moving the workout back to 7, and that means it's more important than ever to take the necessary precautions in terms of hydration and diet. But don't let the heat scare you away--we will get in a solid workout, and do as much as possible given the conditions. Speaking of the workout, we're going to do everybody's favorite, 10 x 400 with a 200 jog. As always, if you have any questions, give me a holler. See you out there tomorrow.
Coach Jerry
