Omaha, Neb., March 25, 2011- Planning for the YWCA Omaha Tribute to Women luncheon has begun with the selection of 11 outstanding women in the community. The event will be held Tuesday, June 7, from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the CoCo Key Convention Center.

The Honorary Chair for the Tribute to Women luncheon is former CEO of the YWCA Omaha (1978 to 1999) Emily Cunningham Kozlik.
Former Tribute to Women honoree, Diny Landen, served as the 2011 Tribute to Women Selection Committee Chairperson. Landen is President of Vantage Communication. The honorees were chosen from a distinguished list of nominees. The selection committee is comprised of community leaders who selected the 2011 women on the basis of residing and working or volunteering in the Greater Omaha Metropolitan Area; achievement and impact; involvement in community activities and a demonstrated commitment to helping women and their families build lives of strength, growth and self-sufficiency.
