            Hello Expressive Arts friends!
Welcome to Autumn....there is a cool breeze and a breath of fresh air here in Florida, bringing some welcome relief from the intense heat of summer. Kathleen arrived back from B.C. last week and the four of us immersed ourselves in a 2 day business retreat, to reconnect and plan. As many of you know, we use the Expressive Arts in our own business process, and, during our retreat, a new collaborative mandala was born. When this painting is finished, it will join the others on the wall of our gallery space. The joint mandala painting process our unique signature practice. We created it to support and enhance the quality of our business collaboration. Through our mandala making, we have a found a rhythm that we have come to trust. When our heads start to hurt from visioning, thinking, planning, and talking, we realize "it's time to paint". A while later, paint brushes in hands, colorful strokes dancing together on the canvas, we notice that we are all breathing more deeply and feeling more focused. We continue to brainstorm and plan, and we become clearer as we paint. We take delight in the surprising beauty of what is showing up on our canvas, and what we are creating together in the world. We can trust our creative process.  All of us. Here are some of the mandalas we have created together:
