Provider Alert: Your Feedback Can Make a Difference
ChiroCare's 2010 provider and patient satisfaction survey will roll out on Monday, October 11th and your response would be greatly appreciated. ChiroCare has rolled out many program changes and initiatives over the last year and needs to measure the full network's satisfaction level of those in order to continue delivering more value to our contracted providers.
Feedback shared in 2009 was crucial to ChiroCare's establishment of its 2010 corporate goals. As a result of those goals, administrative processes have been evaluated and improved, e.g. roll out of a toll-free clinical hotline phone number, and more emphasis has been placed on general business support, e.g. development of marketing tools through Catchfire.
Information collected this year will be critical to ChiroCare's 2011 strategic planning process and corporate goal development.
On Monday, October 11th, you will receive an email from "ChiroCare of Minnesota Survey Coordinator" with a title of "Provider Satisfaction Survey-login information below". Upon receipt, please use the information provided to complete the survey, sharing your honest and candid opinions with us. Most providers are able to complete the survey in about 5 minutes. Survey and Ballot Systems (SBS) will again administer the survey for ChiroCare, ensuring complete confidentiality for all responders.
