We encourage you to log on and enjoy earning continuing education credits when your schedule allows, and in the convenience of your own home or office. After watching these videos, you may take a brief test and fax or mail your completed forms to ChiroCare. Upon verification of successful completion, ChiroCare will send you a certificate for 2010 continuing education credit(s). 
 
Please note that providers who attended and received credits for ChiroCare's 2009 seminar, are eligible to watch the videos and obtain credit in 2010.
