SHORT SALE & FORECLOSURE CLASS Friday, June 11
8:45 am-5:00pm
Association Meeting Facility
Love them or like them, short sale transactions are a sign of the times. The quicker they get sold, the quicker the Rockford real estate market will turn around. If you have been dragging your heels on getting on board, this is an opportunity for you.
Lynn Madison will be instructing this comprehensive Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative (SFR) Course at your Association meeting facility. The course not only offers the NAR certification upon completion of the free online webinar requirements, but also offers 3 hours of Illinois elective CE, and fulfills an elective requirement for the ABR Designation. This course offers a full day of training that will provide you with the tools needed to complete short sale transactions more smoothly while increasing your customer referral base for the long run.
You have taken the course already, you say. A lot has changed since this course was offered back in September. There is a lot of information to absorb, and a refresher course might be what you need to fine-tune your skills. Now that you have completed a few short sale transactions, you are at a better place to have your specific questions addressed. To get more details or to sign up click here.
