Please be our guest...and meet Streeter McClure, author or The Single Man's Guide to Cooking with Beer.  Three great events, one great weekend celebrating the art of beer and food. 

 

Please join us and show off your cooking skills on Friday evening at the Cooking with Beer Cook-off at the University Book & Supply store.  Streeter will be one of five celebrity judges, finding the best of the best in the Cedar Valley. 

 

Then Saturday prior to the UNI Men's Basketball game, we will have a Tailgate party at Beck's on the Hill to announce the winner and meet Streeter McClure and listen to him speak about his book.  Beck's will be cooking some of the items from the book for you to sample.  More information on both events is available for you to review on the Panther Supply website and linked below.

 

Then you can't forget The Cedar Valley's Premiere Beer & Food Pairing event in support of the Friends of the Gallagher-Bluedorn Performing Arts Center.  This year the event will take place at the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center from 3pm-7pm.  With over 40 beers to sample, paired with food from 30 restaurants, this is an event you will never forget.  The Friends are also raffling Season Tickets for Two for the 2010-2011 Season (over $2,000 value) and winner will be announced at 7pm at the event.  For more Beers to You and Gourmet Too event information visit the Beers to You website.
