Rich Brown is celebrating 2 years driving at Nick's Towing Service. He has been towing for eight years. His career in the towing industry began in a service truck doing road calls. "I began doing jumpstarts and tire changes on cars and within six months graduated to light duty towing." He enjoys the daily challenge of not knowing what the next tow will bring and who he will meet in the process. Learning and sharpening his skills is important to Rich as evidenced by his continuous training to garner his Class A CDL, Wreckmaster Level 2/3 and TRAA Level 2 certificates. He is especially happy driving the new Hino flatbed with LCG low angle bed. " It makes loading exotic cars and motorcycles a breeze". He has begun doing medium duty towing at NTS as well and looks forward to one day driving a heavy duty wrecker. Hobbies outside of NTS include volunteering at the New Milford Ambulance Corp., riding his motorcycle and hiking.
