 Rotator gets a Work out this Winter
Winter weather reeked havoc on the roadways this season. Tommy Prince Jr. responded to several requests for the rotator from both our customers and Police Departments. We recovered cars back from over dividers, tractors back onto the road, and many other recoveries. The Rotator virtually eliminated any fear of fuel and oil leaks during the recovery process. The rotator gets the job done fast and efficiently, which leaves Tommy wondering " When are we getting two more?"

Transport Gets Rolling Again! Winter is over and the landoll trailers are rolling again at full force. The Transport division has been scheduling jobs and they want you to know that they are ready to move your equipment. As usual the season got off to a great start. We have noticed a increase in Tractor Service and in response we have retired one of our older tractors and added a new Volvo Tractor. John Ely stated that he is very optimistic about this up coming season and feels most business are starting to pull out of these troubled economic times. Let's all hope it continues! |

Gets New
Lo-Profile Flatbed 
Upon a yearly review of the direction of our business management noticed the growing request for flatbed service for vehicles with minimal ground clearance. When the need for an additional flatbed was confirmed we reached out to Jimmy Powers from New England Truck Center. Jimmy was confident he had the answer for this developing market. On March 29,2010 he delivered us a 2010 Hino with a Century LCG flatbed, with a lower degree load angle. We are very pleased with his recommendation and our operator Rich Brown loves the truck too. Within a month of receiving the truck, Rich was loaded and off to Lingerfelter Performance in Indiana.

Lyndhurst Police Chief Commends Tommy Prince Jr. for Uprighting a Tractor Trailer and getting
the road open quickly and Safely.
On May 4,2010 a tractor trailer rolled over on Rt.17 South in Lyndhurst. Tommy Prince Jr. responded with his recovery team to the scene. Tommy assessed the situation and coordinated with Lyndhurst Police Department and the NJ DOT. The accident required several officers to close certain lanes while keeping the flow of traffic moving in both directions. Tommy promised Chief O'Conner that he would have the road fully open ASAP. Tommy's team took the neccessary precautions to protect the customers load during the off load. When the off load was completed they positioned the wreckers for the recovery, righted the tractor trailer, and opened the ramp expeditiously. When I asked Tommy later how everything went he responded "When you have the right equipment, employees and training, these jobs go smoothly."

| John Ely Expands the Transport Division, Brokering Jobs Across the Country
When one of our good customers called and asked John to help make arrangements to move equipment from Louisianna to California, it was as usual "How can I be of help to you?". Since that time we have successfully arranged many jobs for several customers. "It's a lot easier for me to deal with shippers and other towing companies, I know what equipment and experience it takes to get things done." John has pre-screened other towing companies and shippers, checking for proper insurance and equipment. "People are happy to answer my questions, they are getting a opportunity for a job that they probably would not have gotten if it wasn't for me." Clients are happy too, knowing that John is involved has allowed them to concentrate on other responsibilites.

Flat Top Dollie System Saves the Day Again
On May 13,2010, we dispatched a Heavy Duty Wrecker for a customer who's Trailer was impaled on a cement post. Upon arrival the operator had a loaded Tractor Trailer with the rear tandems damaged heavily and partialy ripped out. We sent out a flat top dollie system designed and fabricated by one of our own Jimmy Hays. Jimmy's creation has come in handy several times, allowing a safer quicker recovery.
