| National HIPAA Authority Brought Her Expertise to Topeka
We were excited to bring Gail Bisbee to Topeka, a  national authority on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). She presented a 2009 HIPAA Update: Challenges and Solutions.
A Registered Nurse with Advanced Certification in Continuity of Care and an accomplished healthcare author, Gail is also the founder, president, and CEO of Confidential Records Management, Inc (CRMI) located in Greenville, Rocky Mount, and New Bern, North Carolina. She spoke to the "just good" common sense of HIPAA regulations and the excellent guidelines it provides to help secure an organization's information. Gail stressed that good security practices can provide a significant return on investment.

Elizabeth is the one to call if you have any questions about your service, your account, or just want to know more about what Jayhawk File Express can do for you.
Elizabeth is a Topeka native who graduated from Hayden High School and attended Kansas State University and Washburn University. While living out of state, Smith owned a health club for nine years where it was her practice to call every member every month.
