5...Create a Contract of Commitment for yourself and sign and date it! This is your accountability tool.
6...Each day give yourself a score for your efforts. You could do this on a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being low, 10 high) and score according to your efforts. Or come up with something creative as a score guide. At the end of the week you reward yourself according to your score.
7...Reflect and review - what works, what doesn't and how can you improve. Go through this process again or just certain aspects of it until you win your game. Then begin again........... AND DON'T FORGET TO CELEBRATE!
Note: You decide what your rewards will be. Have a list of micro rewards up to very big rewards for when you really give something 100% and feel very proud of your efforts. It's important to give rewards for effort not just results.

SUGGESTION: Why not do this with a group of friends or work colleagues - I actually know someone who did a joint weightloss 30 day challenge at work and they had great results which they kept up for the long term. Whatever works for you...... have fun, and be kind to yourself.
