Hi everyone, Happy June!

Big celebrations this month and some great news,  special offers and treats to share. It has been extremely busy but if you know me  you know I thrive on being busy and being in action so even the scary bits get me excited rather that afraid - well, for the most part.

I hope you have enjoyed your month of pampering and self-care, or was that just something that you dreamed about? It really is important and something that I am constantly aware of so that I don't burn out, though I must admit I do thrive on doing.

Speaking of activity this has been a very hectic (and fun) time for me. I have been fortunate enough to have been chosen as one of the coaches for a brilliant new global coaching concept called Dollar a Day Coaching which is based in the United States. If you have ever thought of being coached but not sure what it really is all about, please join us as we demystify all of your questions. If you just love personal development and being the best you can be then I invite you to go over and check it out. There are 30 coaches to inspire and guide you.

The launch was on the 7th but the actual Dollar a Day "My Life Monday" begins on the 14th June. Make your Mondays count! It's FREE.

If you are one of the first to sign up before the 14th when the Dollar a Day Coaching officially opens its' doors for business you will receive a whopping 50% discount off your first months' membership!

Rather than explain it, I invite you to just follow the link below and head on over. It will be worth it. You will see me in the Coaches pages, together with my team Zoe and Teri.

My second piece of news is that I mentioned last month I was doing SARK's Dream Boogie course and it just finished last week.

I cannot describe how brilliant this course was and would totally recommend it to anyone who has a goal, a dream, even if you don't really know what it is yet and of course the cost is a steal! The Summer (US) Boogie begins on the 16th June. It is so much FUN.

The creative, talented, ordinary, amazing, people I met through this course will inspire me always. In fact I am doing it again with a new dream (not sure what yet). So, if you do the course please "friend"
me on the forums.

This is the link.

Quote of the month

"Don't allow your circumstances to dictate your choices. Make choices that create your circumstances." John Assaraf
My thoughts for the month centre around procrastination and how debilitating it can really be. I have been the Queen of procrastination and that is why I became - and embrace being an action Queen instead.

I have discovered that by taking the smallest action (what SARK calls 'Micro Movements') I have been able to achieve the most amazing things because it is often just that first  tiny step that we commit to making that leads us into the bigger steps - and if they don't then that's ok too.

A simple example is that you want to clean a cupboard that is full of old shoes and bits and pieces you want to get rid of and have been meaning to do it for a long time.

When using this method you would set an intention to go to the cupboard at 9.00am on Saturday morning and open the cupboard. That's it. Close it again if you want - it doesn't matter, you did what you set out to do. You were accountable.

What normally happens though is that you open the cupboard then do your next step which is - take out all the shoes. That's it!

It is just a series of tiny steps that you continue with or not - no pressure - no "I've GOT to get that cupboard cleaned and in perfect order on xxxx!

Sometimes you will get the cupboard cleaned (or whatever you are doing) and will move on and clean the whole house and other times you will just open and then close the door. It doesn't matter and that is the whole point. Take the pressure off and see how much you can get done. It really works.

SARK has written 15 books this way and says it is how she does her taxes and runs her business. She also adds that it must be done in delightful ways and her catch-cry is "Let Pleasure be Primary". which I love. Sark puts her MM's on a beautiful brightly coloured wheel that she has drawn and made into segments which we used during the course.

So to summarize. Design some very small steps for whatever you want to achieve, then set the intention, be creative and make the steps pleasurable somehow; then choose which step you want to take (and make it fun) and then just go for it! Please email me and let me know how it works for you or if you need some ideas let me know what you are "working" on and I will reply with some steps.

That's it for this month. I hope I have given you plenty to think about. Have a brilliant June and remember nothing succeeds like action!

p.s. Oh! almost forgot, I have just revamped my website and I have introduced a new programme as well as the "Boot Camps" and 12 week Makeover.
