Hi everyone, Happy May!

Here in North Eastern Victoria we are preparing to "snuggle up" as the weather gets cooler and the day's are so much shorter. Lovely sunny days and cool nights set the tone for beautiful warm soups and casseroles and lots of warming outdoor activity.

My cycling fitness is picking up and I am enjoying long rides through the beautiful countryside admiring the changing colours and shapes of crisp, colourful Autumn.

Are you comfortable? Great, just grab a cuppa and join me for a little R&R. I think we both deserve it, don't you?
I have set you some pretty daunting challenges this year so far and thought it was time for a nice, long 'soak in the bath' and a little "me" time. Are you up for that?

When you finish your cuppa, I would love you to take the time and write/draw/collage or whatever some lovely pampering, nurturing things you would like to add to your life. This could be on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and could be as small as a half an hour's silence each evening after a busy day or a monthly getaway with a loved one or alone.

This is also a great time of year to try something new, a class at a local community centre or WEA. This stops us getting too comfortable and "stuck in our ways" and gives us some great opportunities to try things we have been "going to do" but never got around to. Can you think of anything you would like to learn or do this Autumn/Winter? Why not turn these cooler seasons into creating more time for yourself to learn, grow and create and enjoy supporting your own wants and needs. You will find that in the long term everyone else benefits.

I am currently half way through an amazing course called Dream Boogie with the world renowned colourful SARK. Whilst this is something that I thought was totally 'not me" I am really excited and loving the course. It is really stretching me and helping me clarify my focus and dreams for my business and I am meeting some very juicy and creative people from all over the globe.

We all get so caught up in the day to day trials and tribulations of life that months and years just disappear like smoke and we realize that we forgot to take great care of ourselves. Whatever your age, now is a great time to begin these new habits or rituals that would nurture you, support you and also keep you physically, mentally and emotionally in "tune"

Please share any thoughts on my blog and if you would like more help with the subject of personal pampering you may like to check out my colleague Zoe's FREE download where simply for signing up for her newsletter you have access to this lovely e-book which will have you feeling deliciously pampered in no time.
