We are proud and excited to announce that we are officially back to our "old" office that is remodeled and expanded!   The office has an additional 1000 square feet along with revamping what space we already had.  The new space will allow us to better serve our patients.  The calm and relaxing feel makes it a perfect environment for healing!

Mark your calendars!

Grand Opening

Thursday, October 6th is our Grand Opening from 5-7pm.

 Ribbon cutting at 5:15.

office It's a great time to come check out our office and enjoy some light refreshments and great company.  We will also have a "Grand Opening Week" October 10th-14th.  During that week we will have raffle drawings and giveaways, complimentary new patient consultations and examinations, and complimentary re-examinations for patients wanting to get back into care.
Grab a book and educate yourself!
Chiro-Health has a lending library that is open for patients to use.  We have books covering a wide range of health topics including natural health care, pregnancy and childbirth, Chiropractic, vaccines, nutrition and diet, and much more.  We encourage patients to check out books to educate themselves.  Knowledge gives you the power to be a healthier, happier you!

We want to welcome our newest member of our Chiro-Health Team, Shanna Fedler.  Shana is a positive, family oriented Chiropractic Assistant.  She enjoys administering patient therapies, doing patient scheduling, and is glad to assist with any projects needed for the office.  Shanna's free time is enjoyed with her husband and son, spending time outdoors, hunting, reading and being entertained by her dog and 2 cats.

Back to School Health Tips
Can you believe that summer's already winding down?  Soon there will be crisp morning breezes, cozy sweaters, jack-o-lanterns...and homework galore.  Education is important, so here's what you can do to make sure your school year is as happy, healthy, and safe as possible...
  1.  Prevent Illness. Any time there are groups of people (especially kids!) congregating indoors, germs can spread more easily.  But an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.  Wash your hands regularly, drink plenty of water, have regular chiropractic adjustments, and stay home when you or your child is suffering the worst of a cold or flu (contagious periods tend to be during the first 24-72 hours of such illnesses).
  2. Eliminate Back Injuries. Back strain related to ill-fitting backpacks is a real problem!  For best results, use two-strapped backpacks as opposed to shoulder packs or knapsacks, don't fill them with more books than are absolutely necessary, and remember to lift with your knees, not with your back.  Good posture is also extremely important.  Remember to keep your head back, shoulders back and no slouching!
  3. Eat Well. If you want your brain to function well, you've got to feed it right.  In a rush to get out the door, lots of students skip breakfast...a BIG no-no if you want to perform at your peak during the day!  Be sure to eat a balanced, filling breakfast, and take care to fuel your body well at lunch.  Sometimes cafeteria lunch creates serious nutritional deficiencies, so consider packing a healthy lunch instead.
  4. Remember Car Safety. The more driving around you do to accommodate your busy school-year schedule, the higher your risk of an automobile accident.  Require everyone to always wear their seat belts, even if you're just taking a quick trip across town.  If you don't think your teen is mature or responsible enough to drive, follow your gut and place restrictions on them.  They might not like that, but remember: safety first!
Patient Testimonial
TMJ- there is a cure!
I have had TMJ (lock jaw) for about 18 years.  I was suffering with migraines weekly.  Also, I had non-stop headaches and jaw pain.  I was living on liquid Advil.  Now after 2 weeks of care with Dr. Munson, migraines are a thing of the past.  No more jaw pain!  My jaw is "uncracked" for 75% of the time.  I know the other 25% will be coming soon (patience!).  A life without headaches... now that's a dream come true!  -Jennifer Karsten
Chiropractic is health care not disease care!
