S2006: Prohibits municipal zoning ordinances from regulating solar panels under certain circumstances; limits fees for certain renewable energy installations.

Proposals will be received by the WMUA for the Ground Mounted Photovoltaic System Power Purchase Agreement at the Pine Brook Sewage Treatment Plant:Details

 

Township of Willingboro Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) - Due 2/24 (site visit 2/8):

The Township of Willingboro is seeking to enter into an Agreement with a qualified firm ("Selected Firm") to develop a photovoltaic canopy system to cover the JFK Center Parking lots ("Solar Canopy" of in the plural "Solar Canopies"). As part of this project, the Selected Firm shall supply electricity to the JFK Center building. Details

 

Newark Public Schools - Design and Installation of Photovoltaic Systems at Multiple School Facilities - Due 2/23:

The scope of work for this project includes the power purchase agreement of furnishing and installing complete, functional photovoltaic systems. Details
