Worldwide Debut of Sir Glen of Glenwood
The long awaited premiere of the first episode of the comedy web series, Sir Glen of Glenwood, is now up on PASWtv's YouTube channel and ready for your viewing pleasure. Just click on the picture and enjoy the antics of a middle aged man, played by PASW actor, Glen Poehlman, who lives in the inner city and believes he's a medieval knight. "Doing good is good".

"Everyone Speaks Doritos"
PASW did it again with an entry for DORITOS - CRASH THE SUPERBOWL CONTEST. It stars one of PASW's own acting coaches, Steve Niel, consumer support specialist, Damien Hodge and PASW actor, Alan Davis, along with nine of PASW's performers. Check out our thirty second commercial & pass the word. 1st place is over a million $.

PASW Actors on set with Howie Mandel
Thanks to the continued efforts of our talent management department, headed up by long time PASW staffer, Carmel Wynne, Director of Talent Management, five PASW performers and one staff member participated in the filming of buy.com commercials, featuring comic/host Howie Mandel, this past October 1.
Two regional and internet commercials were filmed, "Town Hall" & "Press Conference", featuring a blended population of both people with and without disabilities. Watch for them coming soon to a screen near you!

PASW Co-Sponsors Hollywood Disabilities Forum

On October 24th at the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television, PASW staffer, Diana Elizabeth Jordan, represented PASW in an executive industry forum on the inclusion and access of people with disabilities, and the accuracy of the depiction of characters with disabilities in film and television. The event also included a Master Acting class in which PASW performer, Michelle Marks, along with Diana Elizabeth Jordan, participated. Michelle and Diana were two of 15 actors selected out of 60 applicants by casting director April Webster. For more information about the event, please click on the picture.

PASW Music Dept News

Anomaly, PASW's in-house band comprised of both staff and performers from PASW, has been submitted to perform at The 2010 South By SouthWest (SXSW) Music conference in Austin, TX, next March.
The SXSW Music and Media Conference, the biggest music conference in the US which happens every year in Austin, showcases hundreds of musical acts from around the globe on over eighty stages in downtown Austin. By day, conference registrants do business in the SXSW Trade Show in the Austin Convention Center and partake of a full agenda of informative, provocative panel discussions featuring hundreds of speakers of international stature.

Performing Arts Studio West is in the process of a major upgrade for its in-house recording studio. Looking ahead to 2010, PASW is planning on recording several guest performers who will lend their voices to our original material written by PASW staff and clients.
