Join CIM instructors Nathan Gourley and Brian Miller with Randy Gosa at ShamRocks, on West 7th Street in St. Paul from 6-9pm.

A special evening of music for a special cause!  Join The HiBs for a benefit show at The Dubliner Pub from 9:30pm to 12:30am.   Entry is free, but donations will be requested for the MS150!


May 30
Head on over to The Dubliner Pub on University Ave. in St. Paul for some tunes from The Two Tap Trio from 9:30pm - 12:30am.

June 2  
The Two Tap Trio will join the  Rince na Chroi Irish Dancers at the
Flint Hills International Children's Festival in St. Paul, MN, time TBA.


CIM Recitals 1-6pm!
  We encourage
all of our students to take part in our end-of-year recitals and potluck.  Watch for more information soon.

June 3   
Watch for CIM students and instructors on the Irish on Grand float during the Grand Old Day Parade

Enjoy the music of Rumgumption, with CIM instructors Chad McAnally and Shawn McBurnie at Acadia Cafe for `Bohemian Caravan' with Orkestar Bez Ime.  9pm.

This is a valuable learning tool for ALL of our students!  We encourage you to visit this site often.  The site has both slow and fast recordings of some of the most commonly taught songs at CIM.  Along with the recordings is the sheet music for the tune.  Thanks to Brian Miller and Shawn McBurnie for working hard to get this information available to our students!  To access this page, click here.

We are excited to announce our Minnesota Irish Music Weekend!  MIM is a unique festival that pairs world-class traditional Irish musicians and teachers with youth and adult learners for a weekend of workshops, lectures and a rare and virtuosic concert.

The concert of these world-class traditional musicians is taking place at The Celtic Junction on Saturday, June 16th. Register now for the children (7-11 years) and youth (12-21 years) programs and for adult workshops, lectures, and private lessons.  Register before June 1st to take advantage of discounted tuition!  For the latest details, please refer to the MIM page on our website.

VOLUNTEERS REQUESTED!
The Minnesota Irish Music weekend will be full of incredible music and fun activities.  We need volunteers like YOU to make it a success!  Registration, concert preparation, concession set-up, and general clean-up...even just an hour of your time can make a big difference.  Please consider sharing your talents with the CIM community by sending an e-mail to volunteer@centerforirishmusic.org with your name, phone number, e-mail, available day/time and any specific areas of interest.  All ages are welcome!  Thank you.
