In order to make life easier for our wonderful and diligent treasurer, Ruth McGlynn, we are no longer producing regular invoices for class and membership fees.   By all means, if you still require an invoice, please go ahead and ask Ruth and she will get one to you!  Ruth can be contacted at rmcglynn@centerforirishmusic.org.  All fees are due at the time of registration...yes, even private lesson fees!  If payment in full presents an extreme hardship, please contact Ruth.

 

Instead, we are asking all students to simply add up the amounts for your classes and private lessons, plus your annual membership fee if you haven't already paid for the year (due every September), and submit your check or pay on-line via paypal.

Thank you to all of you who have been so patient while we sorted out our problems with Paypal! You have been so responsible in getting payments to CIM!  For most of the Fall term, Paypal was not depositing funds into our accounts correctly.  We apologize for any headaches this caused you!  Our treasurer and web developer have set up a new account with Paypal that is working smoothly now.  So please feel free to pay for your lessons or make a donation on-line at our website.  Look for the Paypal DONATE button on the bottom left corner of the page.

 

From time to time we find items that you have left in the CIM space.  There is now a basket on the bottom level of the bookshelf in the corner dedicated to lost and found.  (If you leave a recycle mug it will be washed out and placed in the basket as well.)

 

If we find items of significant value we will lock them in the office and keep them safe.  As always, contact us if you've left something behind and we will set it aside for you!
