Saturday February 26th Kitchen Demonstration by Chef Kenneth Hughes at the 2nd Annual Be Fit McLean 2 years running Open Kitchen has provided healthy food demonstrations at Be Fit McLean Outdoor Adventure and Fitness Expo. This year join Chef Ken has he demonstrates a healthy recipes using fresh ingredients while promoting the farm to table movement. ~~
Thursday, March 10th Dining Out For Life supporting Food & Friends Open Kitchen will again participate in the Dining Out for Life as part of their "Cooking for a Cause" program to help support those less fortunate in the community. A portion of each lunch and dinner check will be given to Dining Out for Life to support their cause. ~~
Sunday, March 13th Hands-on Baking Class by Chef Kenneth Hughes in collaboration with Slow Food DC 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Here is a great opportunity to work with a skilled chef and to learn some tricks of the baking trade.
