"Cha Gio" - Vietnamese  Crispy Spring Roll filled with Ground Pork, Shitake Mushroom, Jicama, Carrots, and Glass Noodles served with Nuoc Cham,  a Vietnamese Traditional Dipping Sauce

First Course
"Sup Mang  Cua" - White Asparagus and Crab Meat Soup

Second Course
"Banh Tet" - Southern-Style Tet Rice Cake filled with Mung Bean Puree and Seasoned Pork
Wrapped in Banana Leaf served with Ginger and Anise Beef and an Assortment of Pickled Vegetables
