Summer Vegetable Soup Refreshed with Pistou and Shaved Truffles  

An array of fresh tender vegetables infused with home-made pesto, truffle oil and shavings.

Served on the half shell and coated with a melted garlic-butter flavored with parsley, chives and fresh dill.

Tomato, Zucchini, Cheese and Herb Tart
