beginners and experts alike - will cover everything you need to know to
make wonderful bread at home for any occasion. You'll learn all about
kneading, proofing, shaping and washing your breads, as well as how to
begin, maintain and utilize a sourdough starter. (And everyone will
leave with their own starter as well as fresh bread!)
In addition, since this class takes place in the middle of a Sunday
afternoon, you have the option to order lunch to go with this class
from any of Open Kitchen's wonderful sandwiches.
