I am excited to be able to join my Open Kitchen Team for Pizzeria Night July 28th. Working remotely from Wisconsin for Open Kitchen my last visit was prior to our opening in the Fall of 2009. It gives me great pleasure to be able to visit and see the Bistro and Chef's Timeshare Kitchens in action and hopefully meet many of the clients and patrons I speak with on the phone or communicate with via email. Not to mention taste the yummy food I write about weekly!

Back by popular demand! Our now-famous pizza chef Matt Finarelli is hosting another pizzeria night at Open Kitchen. Some of your favorites from last time will be available again, but there are a bunch of new specialty pizza creations of his to sample and enjoy! And this time, he has insisted on a special wine to accompany the evening's selections.
