Description: In this special class, you will work hands-on with Chef Bernard to prepare and cook seafood and fish in a variety of ways --  steaming, braising, grilling, and pan-searing.  You will also gain insights as to where to buy the freshest seafood and fish and how to handle and store your purchase to maintain freshness.

Menu: Mussels Provencal, Braised Mahi Mahi with Lemon Parsley Sauce, Grilled Rockfish with Orange-Fennel Salsa, Scallops with Cilantro Sauce and Asian Slaw
