PizzeriaOpen Kitchen's Pizzeria Night

April 27th

Our Sous Chef Matt Finarelli loves the wonderful street foods and pizzas of Trattorias across Italy and has toyed with the idea of opening his own little pizza joint one day (not so soon we hope!).  So, to keep him happy and amused, we're giving him his chance to strut his stuff with a night of his specialty pizzas.

Come choose your favorites from our specialty menu and enjoy pizza as it was always meant to be.  Made for dinner - paired with a beer or glass of wine - take-out pizza will  be  a thing of the past.

Description: In this special class, you will work hands-on with Chef Bernard to prepare and cook seafood and fish in a variety of ways --  steaming, braising, grilling, and pan-searing.  You will also gain insights as to where to buy the freshest seafood and fish and how to handle and store your purchase to maintain freshness.
