PizzeriaOpen Kitchen's Pizzeria Night

April 27th

Our Sous Chef Matt Finarelli loves the wonderful street foods and pizzas of Trattorias across Italy and has toyed with the idea of opening his own little pizza joint one day (not so soon we hope!).  So, to keep him happy and amused, we're giving him his chance to strut his stuff with a night of his specialty pizzas.

Come choose your favorites from our specialty menu and enjoy pizza as it was always meant to be.  Made for dinner - paired with a beer or glass of wine - take-out pizza will  be  a thing of the past.

Description: In this class you will learn how to incorporate a variety of grains and greens to create healthy, simple and delicious meals as well as learn the benefits of these foods. 
Menu: Orange, Ginger, Pistachio and Quinoa Salad; Farro Salad -- wheat berries, peas, asparagus, dill and feta cheese; Napa Cabbage and Mustard Green with Black Pepper, Garlic Sauce; Citrus-Glazed Polenta Cake

Description: "Many people across the world celebrate "Cinco de Mayo" serving some of Mexico's favorite flavors.  Healthy, colorful, exciting -

this class will provide the fun and flare of a Mexican Fiesta."

Description:  Why wait to go out to eat Thai food? Making it at home is a snap and so flavorful.  You'll learn all about the favorites you love , where to buy ingredients and how to put together a superb Thai meal.
