Our Sous Chef Matt Finarelli loves the
wonderful street foods and pizzas of Trattorias across Italy and has
toyed with the idea of opening his own little pizza joint one day (not
so soon we hope!). So, to keep him happy and amused, we're giving him
his chance to strut his stuff with a night of his specialty pizzas.
Come choose your favorites from our specialty menu and enjoy pizza
as it was always meant to be. Made for dinner - paired with a beer or
glass of wine - take-out pizza will be a thing of the past.
