A Night to Remember! Guests sipped, savored, and made merry on January 27th at Open Kitchen's Alsatian Wine Dinner, featuring the foods and wines of our Executive Chef Bernard's homeland in France. The Open Kitchen team executed a stellar service as resident wine expert Andy Hoyle guided guests through the five-course pairing menu.
The evening of clever surprises and storytelling culminated in a post-dinner demonstration by Chef Bernard, who delighted guests with a "behind-the-scenes" show-and-tell of how the truffled egg custard's eggshell holders were perfectly sliced.
In keeping with our truly "open" kitchen approach, our monthly wine dinners not only offer artfully prepared foods and exceptional wine pairings, but also our signature chefs' anecdotes, demos, and explanations. These events will leave you fed and full, yet hungry for more.
