Kick off the "Year of the Tiger" with a festive and fun feast of Chinese favorite dishes.  Young Budding  Chefs (ages 9 to 16) will explore Chinese customs, cooking techniques and a variety of dishes destined to delight every time they're served.  People born in the Year of the Tiger (1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998) are sensitive, given to deep thinking, capable of great sympathy.
