Monday, February 15th -Young Budding Chefs Round the World:  Celebrating the Chinese New Year
Kick off the "Year of the Tiger" with a festive and fun feast of Chinese favorite dishes.  Young Budding  Chefs (ages 9 to 16) will explore Chinese customs, cooking techniques and a variety of dishes destined to delight every time they're served.  People born in the Year of the Tiger (1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998) are sensitive, given to deep thinking, capable of great sympathy.

Menu: Wonton Soup, Sesame Chicken, Fried Rice, Chinese Fruit Salad and Fortune Cookie

Who doesn't like the warm and wonderful flavors of Tuscany. You'll learn how to prepare a very simple, yet classic menu of Tuscany that's great for everyday or entertaining.

Tuesday, February 23rd - Spicy Vegan/Gluten Free Thai
Spicy Thai recipes, made vegan and so good that everyone will want some. We'll start with a spicy, fragrant broccoli mushroom soup, do up an amazingly quick and easy noodle stir fry, and have the panang curry vegetables in coconut milk with  on the side.
