2009 Beaujolais Nouveau has arrived!
2009 Beaujolais Harvest
We had perfect weather for a harvest, and the
grape-pickers busily and cheerfully made their way through the vines. The
grapes come in small, purplish-black bunches, bursting with sunshine and exceptionally
rich in sugar. The berries
are thick and the seeds are a gorgeous amber color, a sign of perfect phenolic
maturity.
