Thanksgiving Menu

Would you rather stay out of the kitchen on Thanksgiving?  Spend time celebrating the holiday with your family and let Open Kitchen take care of the cooking.
                                         
First, choose A or B from each Category.
 
Category 1. Guest Count. 
A.  Will you have more than 8 to 10 Guests? We'll prepare two turkeys, you decide if you
      want more.

B.   Will you have less than 8 to 10 Guests? Choose between a half-turkey or a turkey  breast
      and leg.



Category 2. Turkey Two Ways.
A.   Ready to Cook.·Our Oven-Ready Turkey is rubbed with herb butter and set atop a bed
      of vegetables.  The turkey comes in a disposable roasting pan, so all that's left to do is
      remove the foil wrapping, put the turkey in the oven, follow the cooking directions, and
      voila- a wonderfully tender, golden-crusted turkey ready for your table. The Oven-Ready 
      Turkey includes carving directions, allowing you to enjoy the feast stress-free, start to finish.
B.   Cooked, Carved, and Ready to Eat.  It doesn't get simpler than this. Reheat the
      pre-cooked turkey in your oven at a lowtemperature, and dig in.
 
Note: Kosher Turkey is available upon request for an additional $5/person.

                                         
Next, choose from our All-Inclusive Thanksgiving Dinner options.
 

Traditional ($40/person) 


  • Herb-butter rubbed turkey and our house-made gravy.
  • Sage Stuffing and Fennel mashed potatoes.
  • Frisée Salad with endives, toasted walnuts, and warm Brussels sprouts.
  • Authentic Cranberry Relish.
  • Fresh-baked dinner rolls,
  • Two Sides, Your Choice. (See below for our selection of vegetable dishes and home-style casseroles.)
  • Pumpkin or Apple Pie.
 
Exceptional ($50/person)
 
  • Pancetta-Wrapped Roasted Turkey and our house-made gravy.
  • Fennel Mashed Potatoes.
  • Green Beans and Chestnuts, tossed in a sweet Date Vinaigrette.
  • Authentic Cranberry Relish.
  • Fresh-baked dinner rolls.
  • Two Sides, Your Choice. (See below for our selection of vegetable dishes and home-style casseroles.)
  • Sweet Potato or Pecan Pie.
 
Then, select two of the following Side Options.

  • Vegetable Dishes & Home-Style Casseroles.
  • Mashed Parsnips and Carrots.
  • Potatoes with Pearl Onions, Mushrooms and Asparagus.
  • Wild Rice with Bulgur and Braised Vegetables.
  • Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
  • Red Beet Carpaccio and Caramelized Onions.
  • Maple Roasted Seasonal Vegetables.
  • Roasted Butternut Squash with Rosemary and Shallots.

Delivery service is available on November 25 & 26 (Thanksgiving Day).
Delivery charge will depend on location.

Our Servers are available to come help you set the table or buffet,
reheat food for you, pour drinks and take care of clean-up.
