Salmon with Herbs in Parchment,  Triple Ginger Butternut Squash Soup, Barberry Walnut Quinoa with saffron glazed chicken, hand made pizza, after school snacks, fruit tarts and Lower Fat Creamy Chocolate Mouse are just a few of the recipes to "Kick Off" the Fall Cooking class schedule on September 14th. Class sizes are limited so sign up early to be guaranteed a spot at the Chef's Counter.

Taste of Falls Church - September 12th

Mark your calendars - the Taste of Falls Churchis right around the corner.  We'll be at Cherry Hill on Saturday September 12th between 10-4.  Anxious to share with you a taste of our menus we will be serving:
  • Chilled Mint Pea Soup
  • Farro Salad
  • Farro Salad topped with Salmon  
  • Chimichurri Sauce Meatballs
  • Moroccan Chicken Tajine with Vegetable Couscous
Amelia's Cakeswill be joining us with her colossal cupcakes, cookies and  mini cakes.  Stop by, visit and see what were all about.
