Dear Culinary Friends
Open Kitchen is pleased to be moving forward with the build-out of our facility in Falls Church, VA. We have begun to receive widespread publicity, and an increase in inquiries about our commercial timeshare kitchens, which is very encouraging. Recently, Open Kitchen was interviewed by the Washington Post for an article about our cooking classes, which will be published early/mid-March. We are pleased to inform you that the Washington Post is interested in doing a follow-up article, this time featuring our commercial timeshare kitchens. The article would highlight "entrepreneurs starting food businesses in economic trying times", such as the one we're currently experiencing, and the benefits of a kitchen rental operation such as the one Open Kitchen will be offering. The Washington Post is interested in talking with those food businesses that have contacted Open Kitchen. Would you like to participate in such an article?   If so, please take a few moments to answer the following questions and we will contact you shortly:

How long have you been in business or when do you plan to start?

Has the economy affected your business?  If so, how

How do you see Open Kitchen helping you on your journey?

While we can not guarantee your business will be included in the article, we do thank you for your time and appreciate your input.  Please continue to watch for our monthly newsletter as we move "full steam" ahead.

Sincerely,
Open Kitchen's Culinary Team
