The demonstrations were just a taste of what Open Kitchen has to offer. - French Brasserie Cooking Demo Dinner, (December 5th): Chef Bernard will demonstrate some recipes where the traditions of French cuisine meet the flavors of the American market with a menu reflecting the season and a focus on the simplicity of fine ingredients.
- Sunday Brunch Cooking Class,
(December 7th): Chef Bernard will share his recipes and show you how to
make amazing omelets, crab cakes, French toast, and fresh berry
crepes. You will learn how to plan and prepare a Sunday brunch party
with flair and without a lot of fuss.
These events will be held at the beautifully restored Toutorsky Mansion located just a short distance from the Dupont Circle metro station. For all of our classes, you will be able to follow along, taste each menu item being prepared, ask questions, and get the most out of your time spent with the Chef.
