Ski Television debuts in epic Powder Paradise
The new season of Ski Television kicked off on Christmas day with a spectacular journey to "Powder Paradise." If you missed the Dec. 25 television broadcast, check your local listings for repeat airings. Or go to www.snowsportsculture.com and check out the Current Episode channel tab on the video player. The current show is available online in four segments. New shows debut each Saturday through mid-March.

Show 11-01: Powder Paradise takes viewers on an epic journey to the B.C. Rockies, Selkirk and Monashee ranges with Mica Heliskiing and Monashee Powder Snowcats. In National Treasures, visit with Canadian alpine racer Kelly VanderBeek, who rediscovers a passion while rehabbing from injury. Catch up with former national team speed demon Todd Brooker, and see where Brooker met his agony of defeat on the toughest downhill course on the planet. In the Ski Tips segment, Josh Foster explains how well-timed pole plants can be crucial for balance in the bumps.

Red-hot Kingsbury claims 1st World Cup win
