Six of our staff members will be celebrating this week which concludes with the birthday of the Warren itself!  Come join us Saturday for the grand finale and the Warren's 8th birthday. Thanks to all of you who have been here from the beginning.
 
New Year's Eve Dinner & Celebration
Are right around the corner!

 

It won't be New Year's Eve if you don't celebrate at The Warren. We are offering a 4 course Pris Fixe Menu Dinner, champagne toast, live DJ, and dancing by everyone.
 
- Appetizer -

 Tuna Tower

Tuna poke layered with fresh avocados, cucumbers, and micro cilantro on top of crispy wonton paper

Lobster Bisque

Traditional favorite topped with a truffle oil whipped cream

 Brandy Foie Gras

Pan seared and topped with a brandy mushroom sauce served over puff pastry

 

- Salad -

Warren Caesar

House made dressing over romaine with a parmesan crisp

Salad Champagnise

Bibb lettuce with candied almonds, stilton cheese, and champagne dressing

 

- Entrée -

Surf and Turf

Sliced tenderloin with a butter poached lobster tail topped with a sherry hollandaise served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus

Chilean Sea Bass

Crusted in macadamia nuts and served with a lemongrass risotto and wilted arugula

 

- Dessert -

Krispy Kreme Bread Pudding

Topped with a bourbon caramel sauce and crème anglaise

Winter Wine Poached Pear

Beside local Honeysuckle ginger molasses gelato
