St. Louis Hillel

The 2nd Annual Roffman Family Day of Service on Sunday, April 18 was a great success! St. Louis Hillel students and YPD participants accomplished so much for our St. Louis Community. In only 3 hours we... volunteered along side adults with developmental disabilities from Life Skills; made 200 bags of Bean Soup Mix to donate to the Harvey Kornblum Jewish Food Pantry; planted 150 flower pots to be donated to the Crown Center and NORC Volunteers; donated an additional 125 boxes of cereal and pasta to the Food Pantry; made and decorated 100 toy "sock-mice" and bandanas for the Animal Protection Agency; wrote 100 cards for soldiers through the United Service Organization and patients at Children's Hospital; assembled 70 packets for Children's Hospital Family Resource Center; registered 13 people to be Bone Marrow donors through Gift of Life; and sewed 10 quilts together for babies at Crisis Nursery!
