AMS Ducati Dallas is looking for a sales support professional to work in our downtown Dallas store.  The right individual will be team and customer service oriented, have an enthusiastic attitude, and love Ducati motorcycles.

· Proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel necessary
· Follows proper phone etiquette
· Organized and able to handle multiple tasks/projects at once
· Able to work smoothly with various types of personalities
· Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
· Able to follow directions well; quick learner

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answer phones, manage multiple lines at once
· Customer service and answering product knowledge inquiries for apparel website sales (training will be provided)
· Support multiple sales representatives with sales and administrative tasks
· Data and order entry in Lightspeed system
· Assist the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments
· General filing, copying, and faxing
· Maintain office supply stock and manage accounts with office supply retailers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma required
· Some college education or equivalent work experience preferred.  Motorcycle enthusiast a big plus.
