AMS Ducati Dallas is looking for a sales support professional to work in our downtown Dallas store.  The right individual will be team and customer service oriented, have an enthusiastic attitude, and love Ducati motorcycles.

� Proficiency in Outlook, Word & Excel necessary

� Able to follow directions well; quick learner

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
� Answer phones, manage multiple lines at once
� Customer service and answering product knowledge inquiries for apparel website sales (training will be provided)
� Support multiple sales representatives with sales and administrative tasks
� Data and order entry in Lightspeed system
� Assist the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable departments
� General filing, copying, and faxing
� Maintain office supply stock and manage accounts with office supply retailers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
� High school diploma required
� Some college education or equivalent work experience preferred.  Motorcycle enthusiast a big plus.
