December brings us up to the final chapter of 2008. I want to send special greetings to my subscribers in India. As I listen to the news every day, my thoughts and prayers are with you regarding the situation in Mumbai.
Astrologically speaking, the planets this month at Full Moon on December 12th form an aspect known as a grand cross. Being in the mutable signs of Virgo and Pisces (Saturn/Uranus) and Gemini and Sagittarius (Moon and Sun) it looks like change is the "reason for the season." This mutable grand cross is a tipping point to our new consciousness which in turn opens the doors of creation.
Mutable signs are about flexibility and adaptability, and this month energizes the shift of global consciousness. Sagittarius and Gemini speak to changes in our thinking which brings philosophical growth. Virgo and Pisces address where we place our priorities; how we feel, and how we act based on our emotions. It is a time to evaluate what is (and what is not) critical. What is that one thing that you keep saying you want to make different this year - is the same as last year? Maybe it's time to really do it.
Learn more about the sacred practice of Ho'Oponopono which is introduced below. It is a tool for making changes, and finding inner peace. |

| Ho'Oponopono * The Act of Forgiveness For Inner Peace
Huna philosophy comes to us from the Hawaiian shamanic tradition. Because of unique characterizations in the written language of early Hawaiian peoples, they are thought by some scholars to actually be descended from Egypt. And, the teachings of this ancient tradition lend solutions to modern problems.
Ho'Opononono is a Huna practice for releasing memories which show up as recurring problems in our lives. It involves use of the breath and heartfelt repetition of the following phrases:
* I LOVE YOU * I AM SORRY * PLEASE FORGIVE ME * I THANK YOU *
Huna teaches that recurring problems are energy blocks which have been stored in the body by our unconscious minds. These blocks are called " complexes." But, rather than years of psychotherapy, Huna teaches that we can address and dissolve our complexes through energetic breath, the emotion of love, and the act of forgiveness. |
