Small Business Tax Tools:
The IRS has developed many products designed to educate small business owners on tax-related issues. These tools and links are listed on the AMSOIL website, in the Dealer Zone on the Miscellaneous Tab.

Reports on AMSOIL Dealer Zone
There are two reports on the AMSOIL Dealer Zone that if you are not using, you are missing out.
The first is the New Customer report. This report needs to be checked frequently if you are not a subscriber to Premium Zone. The New Customer report is the only place you will see the contact information for your new customers (dealers, preferred customers, retail and commercial accounts). The information in this report has an "expiration" date of 30 days. Print this report at leastonce a month to keep track of your customers.
Another important report is the Personally Sponsored Customer Orders. This report shows you when your customers place orders directly with AMSOIL. You can see what they purchased, when the purchased it, if they had it shipped or if they picked it up at a warehouse. The report also shows when a customer renews their dealership or pc membership. Use this report to thank your customers for their business. Chose a "thank you" method that works for you (we send a hand-written "Thank you" note).
One last thing - ask your customers for renewals. Use the New Customer report to keep track of the expiration date of your pcs and dealers. Send a personal request to your customers asking them to renew their membership either via email or snail-mail.. AMSOIL sends several requests also. When they do renew (seen via the Personally Sponsored Customer Orders report), send a "Thank you".
