Greetings AMSOIL Direct Jobber,
As you may already know, AMSOIL is in the process of
modifying the T-1 Certification Program. Before AMSOIL can implement the
new Program, however, we must identify those current T-1 Certified Dealers who
wish to continue to participate.
All active T-1 Certified Dealers will be receiving a letter
in the mail over the next few days asking them to make that
determination. Dealers will be asked to respond by accessing a “T-1
Certification” link in the Dealer Zone. This link will be displayed
on the home page of the Dealer Zone in red print.
When you click on the link, you will be asked to ensure that your Dealer
information is complete and up to date. You then click the “Accept
Re-Enrollment” button. If you are no longer active in your AMSOIL
business or do not want to participate in the new Program, there is nothing you
must do. If you do not yet have a Dealer Zone account, you must create
one in order to respond to this link.
As a T-1 Certified Dealer you have exclusive access to
offerings and programs such as the Leads Program, the various co-op programs
and inclusion in the Dealer locator on the AMSOIL website. The modified
T-1 Certification Program is being designed to increase the requirements for
Dealers to participate in these programs and accountability for lead
follow-up. Dealers who attended AMSOIL University 2009 were given a
presentation on the new T-1 Certification Program. The feedback received
helped determine the modifications to the Program.
It is important for all current T-1 Certified Dealers
to determine whether or not they will wish to continue in the Program. We
are asking for your help to ensure that T-1 Certified Dealers in your personal
group understand the responsibility and accountability of participating in this
program and that they, too, respond to the letter.
Additional information about the modified T-1 Certification
Program will be forthcoming. In the meantime, please help AMSOIL with the
first step in the process of determining Dealer interest and participation by
passing this email on to your T-1 Certified Dealers.
