While many of us have had to adapt and adopt these new forms of communication, the current generation grew up with computers and the Internet. They are savvy users of the technology and the many new devices and web portals that enable even greater communication.

Through tools like the Dealer Zone, Hotwire and the email, we provide Dealers with thousands of pages of information on products, sales, and Dealer related material. The vast majority of this information is available for free simply by registering for a Dealer Zone account. Through this web portal AMSOIL has provided Dealers, Preferred Customers and accounts access to the most up-to-date information that is relevant to them. In addition to the need for timely and up-to-date information, electronic communication also helps reduce operating costs and is better for the environment by dramatically reducing the amount of paper and ink used in the printing process.

 

AMSOIL INC. has been encouraging Dealers to join the movement toward electronic communication. The company has steadily decreased its paper communications in favor of electronic communications. The need for and environmental justification for going electronic is greater today than ever before. AMSOIL strongly encourages all Dealers to purchase personal computers and get on-line  so they can begin to enjoy the benefits provided by fast, convenient access to the most up-to-date information about their accounts, personal groups, business activity and AMSOIL products. A good personal computer is fairly inexpensive as is a basic Internet connection, and the business and environmental benefits to be had are huge. This is one of those investments that has a substantial return, and the return it provides goes far beyond just the person making the investment; we all benefit by reducing our carbon footprint.
