First and Goal, Inc. has partnered with Harris  County Protective Services-Youth Services Division: Youth on Board peer council. Youth on Board is composed of young people who use their "voice" (time, talent and ideas) to promote positive change within communities in Harris County.

Fort Bend ISD Students participate in Youth Leadership Camp
This summer First and Goal, Inc. partnered with Fort Bend Independent School District Special Programs Department to facilitate the LEAD (Leadership Empowerment to Achieve Dreams) Youth Leadership Camp. Several Fort Bend ISD secondary school students devoted time this summer to developing their leadership skills by participating in the LEAD Youth Leadership Camp, hosted by FBISD's Special Programs Department.
The camp was offered at four Title I campuses - Willowridge High School, and Hodges Bend, Christa McAuliffe and Missouri City Middle Schools - to develop, train and motivate FBISD student leaders to effectively use their influence to create positive changes within themselves, as well as in their schools and communities.

The Journey Beyond Dreams college experience program is a collaborative effort between First and Goal, Inc. and Project GRAD Houston. The two organizations partnered together to bring the 2012 Journey Beyond Dreams college experience summer institute program to over 66 local area high school students. Students from Sam Houston, Yates, Reagan, Wheatley, and Davis High schools attended programs at either Texas State University from June 7th - June 9th

Mentoring To Make a Difference
The Care and Share Mentoring Program is a group mentoring component of First and Goal, Inc. which emphasizes character development in a group setting while effectively reducing academic failure, juvenile delinquency, gang activity, and other factors that may lead to at risk behavior.
The program encourages student growth in the areas of goal setting, leadership, positive self-image, academic achievement, conflict resolution, and self-confidence.
