| How to Shape the Perfect Brow |

A pair of eyebrows are "sisters" -- not twins -- so keep these steps in mind when balancing your brows: 
- Determine which brow is lower and create your line or shape to it as high as possible, so that it aligns with the higher brow. Fill the lower brow in with a pencil in an appropriate shade to match hair color.
- Move to the higher brow and create your line or shape at the same level as the lower one and fill in.
- Set both brows using brow powder or an eye shadow in a similar shade.
- To add dimension, add a darker brow pencil to the center of the brow (typically where the arch is). Apply this slightly darker shade of pencil both horizontally and vertically in the center of the brows only.
