About Our Chef 
Awesome Chef Peter had so much fun the last time he has asked to come back and prepare another Gourmet dinner for our special guests. Peter is a Certified Executive Chef and graduated from Francoir Vatel Culinary Institute.  He immigrated to the US in 1979 and has owned and operated several restaurants in California and Hawaii.  He moved to Florida in 1990 and worked as an Executive Chef in Sarasota and Orlando.  Currently he has started a Pastry Chef Ingredient Wholesale business in 2009.  He is married and has two college attending children.  He misses his first love to cook and is so excited about returning and he is returning by popular demand...and you will all love  Peter...and Peter's awesome food!

Cheese Class 101 is prerequiste in order to take this class.

We will be featuring beers from our local brewer and the owner will be informing you on how Beer is made and what makes them different and naturally we will be tasting them...
 
2.  LEARN HOW TO MAKE CHEESE SAUCES... After the sauces are made we will all sit down and enjoy a meal.  You will each receive the recipes for each sauce made.  Great time to BYOB...It is strongly suggested that you take cheese class 101 first...you will enjoy cooking with cheese better.
The cost will be $50.00 per person
 
3.  IN NOVEMBER WE WILL BE MAKING FROMAGE BLANC WITH
     CRANBERRIES SO YOU WILL HAVE CHEESE TO EAT WITH YOR
     TURKEY DINNER OR TO TAKE TO A FRIENDS /FAMILIES HOUSE
 
4.  IN DECEMBER WE WILL BE MAKING DESSERT SOUFFLES
     Note:  If you take any of our cooking classes I suggest you 
     bring your bottle of wine....because we will all eat and  
     celebrate our great cooking talent...(s).
