Awesome class and a fantastic recipe for a Full proof souffle. Once the Souffles come out of the oven we all will sit down together and enjoy them along with a salad and rolls. Saturday, June 12th 6-8pm $25 (Cash or Check per person- You'll receive a Cheese Mongers Card 15% discount on cheese purchases to take home. Cheese trays are not included in the discount. You will also receive a Certificate of Completion for attending the two hour cheese educational class). This class is required before you can sign up for any of the other cheese classes.
