These gearheads are renowned for their endurance in both cyclic and continuous duty and it makes no difference whether the LP+/LPB+ is mounted vertically or horizontally or with the output on top or bottom, you get all the design freedom you desire with these impressive gearheads!
Focused on less demanding applications, these gear reducers offer outstanding efficiency (more than 95% at full load) with low torsional backlash, the two stage gearhead restricts it to less than 10 arcminutes, whilst the single stage offers under 8 arcminutes.
The LPB+ offers the option of adding an integrated geared pulley drive system which is perfect for all timing belt applications. The belt pulley eliminates the need for a right angle gearbox, couplings and/or additional bearings - in turn, reducing cost, increasing performance, and reducing parts and engineering time for the system. The LPB+ is equally as impressive when it comes to inside and outside centring of the gearheads, this unique drive concept avoids complicated connecting structures and cuts costs.
In addition to the LP+ being available with pulley you can also have the LP+ with Rack and Pinion, Couplings, Nema flange and hollow shaft options. |
