Last call to pick up your tax donation receipts before tax day!
If you check off "pick up" when you drop off, please do so within those two weeks of your item's "pick up date" (found on your Item List Email.) Items will be donated two weeks after the "pick up date"...
We hope you have been pleased with our quick turn around on your drop offs! The scheduled drop offs are helping us to keep up with the demand and we are processing your items within 2 weeks. The drop off schedule will be closing soon. We have already dipped into May (when we normally stop drop offs!)
Consignor question! Q: "How many drop offs do you take a day?" A: We used to take walk-ins and ended up with about 18-20 drop offs a day. Consequently, we took 8-10 weeks to price clothes. These days, we take up to 10 drop offs a day and have remained steady at under 2 weeks of processing. This has help our consignors get their clothes sold faster and in season!
